Product Selection and Refunds

Please review the product descriptions and details carefully before making a purchase. Due to the nature of our products adhering to Australian law, we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene restrictions.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify Willow & Co within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund or store credit. The decision to issue a refund or store credit will be at the discretion of the maker.

All items are handcrafted with care. Please be aware that minor blemishes, marks, or bubbles may occur as a result of the handmade nature of our products. Please also note that while we do our best to photograph all products in natural lighting to show the true colour, due to lighting, screen settings etc colours may vary slightly from photos online.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. While we strive to process and dispatch orders faster, they will be sent within 4 business days, please note that during busy periods, shipping times may vary.

  • New Zealand:

    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
